The age old question…How do I get the healthy mind and body I want?…But in a hurry! Right?
I remember when I first started Reliv. All I wanted was to feel better. I had more energy right away, although it took several weeks to really feel a difference. After a couple of months and finally sleeping better and waking refreshed, I realized there was more work to be done, this was not going to be a quick fix. As my body healed from the inside I wanted to know what more I could do. I started looking up workouts I could do, and for the first time in a very long time, I was able to do them. Then I moved on to walking briskly which led to running, or okay, maybe we should call it jogging with spurts of running! The point is, it took time to get to that point, almost a year to be exact. But in my defense, I did have to get through the wintry Ohio weather and make it to spring before taking up the spurts of running.
I love this article by Tony Robbins. After reading it, my boyfriend, Michael and I, discussed each point Tony makes here. We both realize that we still have much work to do. Since we’ve been in California we’ve been sporadic in our health efforts. I mean, weren’t we supposed to just move to California and be healthier just because it’s California!? Ha…no! The food here tastes amazing, everything is so fresh. It all comes down to making healthier choices…and of course including Reliv shakes makes it much easier.
